In order to make a BlackVue Warranty claim, please compete the form below. 

  • A copy of your customer invoice must be included, otherwise your return may be deemed out of warranty. 

  • Missing items can delay the RA process and or any repairs required with your BlackVue dash camera systems.

  • Auto BlackBox has no liability for 3rd-party micro/standard SD cards returned to us for inspection, and may refuse testing of 3rd-party memory cards unless specified otherwise.

Here you will find the exact procedure you need to follow to make a successful warranty claim for your product purchased from Auto BlackBox Pty Ltd (BlackVue Australia).

  • BlackVue Australia offers a 2 Year Limited Warranty on all DR650S, DR750S, DR590/W, DR900S, DR750X and DR900X camera purchases which begins from the date of purchase. NOTE: THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE ACCESSORIES OR SD CARDS
  • BlackVue Australia offers a strict 1 Year Warranty accessory purchases, which begins from the date of purchase. Accessories are any additional BlackVue parts which are not cameras.
  • The 2 Year Limited Warranty was introduced from the 1st of June 2017 for any new purchases for the DR650S and DR750S models. Purchases before the 1st of June 2017 have a 1 Year Warranty
  • Products purchased direct from www.blackvue.com (manufacturers website) are not covered with warranty from BlackVue Australia.

Products must be purchased from an authorised Australian dealer, within Australia to be eligible for our warranty and support program.

This procedure governs all products sold by us and extends to our dealer network who supply our products. If you require a BlackVue Cloud upgrade, then please follow the procedure below and specify on the RMA form "Cloud Upgrade”.

Cloud Upgrades are free of charge, where freight must be paid for by the sender.

NOTE: All dual dash camera models require the front & rear camera to be returned so the serial numbers match with the replacement.
